Joan Gearhart, a full-time resident in the northend of Ocean City
since 1982 and a summer resident/owner since 1956. I enjoy working
in the north end and the Gardens, so my preference for sales and
rentals is that area.
I do both sales and rentals for French Real Estate and since
November 2006, my rentals have led to three sales in the north end.
Quite a few rentals are secured through emails so please send me an
email with any questions concerning sales or rentals.
My family consists of two sons and one daughter, five
grandchildren, 2 boys and three girls. They are scattered across
the states, CA, OH, NY, GA, and Arizona.
I enjoy reading, entertaining, and cooking for my family and
friends.
Before Real Estate, my responsibilities were dealing with buyers
for Westinghouse, GE and Boeing while while working for a Tool and
Die Shop.
