My area of interest and expertise has always been the Northend and
Gardens. I live and work in this area; I list and sell properties
and handle rentals here as well. In fact, most of the time all of
my sale listings are in the Northend and Gardens.
I also write a weekly online newsletter, Beach Notes, which is
emailed to Buyers and Owners throughout this area to their Friday
morning location of choice. Please consider this as a way to keep
up on activities, events and real estate issues in Ocean City.
